We loved the pleasant lobby smell, clean and well-maintained rooms, prompt response to requests, reliable wifi, and friendly staff. Plus, the hotel's location near Joo Chiat Complex and Geylang Serai food centre was perfect for us as young families.
Felt right at home, couldn't find any reason to complain.

The hotel offers value for money, with reasonable prices considering it's Singapore. The staff are friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to assist guests. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with attention to detail in terms of cleanliness.
The location is not very central, but it is well located for the MRT and in an interesting area.

Clean room, comfy beds, quiet, dark curtains. Complimentary water. Lost purse, hotel gave money for taxi and breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient location, 15 mins from airport, nearby restaurants and grocery store. Easy access to city center. Free parking. Satisfied overall.
